The owner portal is where you as the owner can login at anytime and access your owner statements. This portal will give owners instant online access to shared documents such as property or unit inspection reports, 1099’s and financial statements.
With your login and password to the owner portal, you will have instant access at your finger tips to owner statements and other important documents.
You will have the option of receiving a monthly paper check or what most people choose, we will EFT your owner payouts directly to your bank account.
Through your owner portal, you’ll always have instant access to owner statements, inspection reports and 1099’s.
