Rent is always due on the 1st of each month with a 4 day grace period and will be marked late on the 4th; unless prior arrangements have been made with the BrookStone Property Management team.
The preferred method is paying online through your tenant portal with a checking account, but you always can mail in a check or come into the office and pay. Remember if you mail in a check, rent will need to be received by the 5th, or it will be marked late.
On the tenant portal, there will be a link to request repairs.
Some of our properties allow pets and others do not. If the property allows pets, it will say so in the description. If the property allows pets, there usually will be an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
No, you can’t make any changes or paint walls, unless it has been approved in writing by the management team.
