Unless the owner specifically wants contact, you will always contact us here at BrookStone PM with can problems concerns and rent payments. And we will do our very best to try to accommodate you quickly.
Yes, when you sign a lease with us, you will create a log in and password to your portal, and from there you can pay your rent quick and easy through our electronic portal.
All our leases are one year leases, unless otherwise noted, so if you would like to terminate your lease early, we will need 30 days notice, and will charge you 1 extra months rent.
In some of our properties, the owners will allow pets, usually with an additional non-refundable pet deposit and $35 extra per month for pet rent. Just depends on the property
